Getting credit for being home renovation and design gurus, it’s only befitting that the couple Chip and Joanna Gaines are living in a stunning and lavish home. In fact, according to reports, their Texan home doesn’t disappoint. Their farmhouse on HGTV’s Fixer Upper boasts 1,700 square feet of living space, carrying a Victorian style that sits on 40 acres of land.

Located in Crawford, Texas, in a suburb in Waco, the house carries the pair’s signature style. It has an over-the-top design but remains to be a very comfortable and humble abode. Bought in 2012 for an undisclosed amount, the 1895 farmhouse went under a major renovation to update its classic country look. It took one year and a half to modernize the two-bedroom property that now fits a family of seven. It has an open layout on the main floor, and from an old house, it now looks much alive with its new design.
