DOLLY PARTON: $ 400,000, BRENTWOOD TENNESSEE
First and foremost, let us all be clear about Dolly Parton’s abode. When Parton and her husband, Carl Dean, decided to move out of their Nashville home in 1999, they bought their new mansion in Brentwood, Tennessee, for only $400,000. Parton’s new 3,324-square-foot home had gone through several improvements since its acquisition, which involves roof repairs and redecoration. For that, the house must be worth more than a million by now.
Previously, Dolly and Carl nestled in their Nashville home for 16 years before moving into her dream house. Though Parton has been very private about her residencies in consideration for her very private husband, she opened up her house to her loving fans. The Brentwood mansion features a private tennis court, a swimming pool, gazebos, and a small chapel along with her four-bedroom home. Additionally, it has farmland that completes the country home feels of the singer. Recently, Parton also gave a tour of the inside of their house and showed some features most dear to her. One of which is her music room, where she displays the awards she received throughout the decades.
