DAVID BARNER – FITNESS AND DIET
David Barner has always been in love with food, even at a young age. He made the wrong investments by indulging in unhealthy meals and snacks, which he said are his comfort food. Unfortunately, due to his bad habit of consuming unhealthy treats, he started gaining weight.After he was diagnosed with health complications, he started following a low carb diet at least five times every week.
David also started following a strict fitness routine, which eventually paid off because of how fit and muscular his body is. He probably started drinking green tea, which is known for its blood sugar and pressure-lowering properties. David has never been this fit, and hopefully, he’d be able to maintain his body.What he followed is what generally works for most men. A combination of a healthy diet, moderate to intense exercise, as well as a healthy mind are all factors to keeping a body fit.
