Although we didn’t see Kaley Cuoco pack on the pounds in her over 20 years in the business, the 33-year-old admitted it is hard to stay in shape. So, to maintain her alluring figure, The Big Bang Theory star made it her hobby to go to the gym and do yoga. In fact, she was seen to have a very adorable figure in the TBBT show if Howard’s reactions to her would serve as a basis.

In 2016, Cuoco revealed she tried almost all fitness styles and classes to find the best one that would suit her. Fortunately, she learned about hot yoga. She also regularly goes to the gym and doing side planks, squat holds, kettlebell squats, dumbbell chest presses, and forearm planks. Her former trainer also revealed Cuoco loved doing abs, arm, and butt workouts. By the looks of it, Cuoco made serious health investments on herself, which is not a bad decision at all.
