Based on her interview with Shape Magazine, she said she didn’t care whether she adds or lose pounds anymore. When her career got threatened, she started working things out. With her nutritionist’s and personal trainer’s help, she managed to lose around 30 pounds. Because of her weight loss, she earned a lot of invitations to walk on the catwalk. She just proves that hiring a nutritionist and a personal trainer can greatly impact one’s health.

Tyra has made it a point to eat clean since she started her weight loss journey. However, the former supermodel comes clean to the only food that she can’t help but indulge in. She says that she occasionally eats ice cream. To her credit, she makes sure that she doesn’t go overboard with her knack for ice cream.
