Renée Zellweger is an American actress who became very popular because of her role in the movie Bridget Jones’ Diary. She had to put on some weight for the role, which some actresses would have resisted. She was determined to make it big as an actress, so she did what was needed for the acting part. Right after the movie, she made sure that she went back to her actual weight. Credits to her nutritionist’s advice, she started adopting a strict diet and regular exercise. All her sacrifices paid off when she achieved the ideal weight that she was aiming for.

A steady macrobiotic diet comprising of fish, rice, and vegetable allowed Renée to shed weight despite her age. This weight loss plan eventually allowed her to earn a spot on the 50 Most Beautiful People by People Magazine. She has been very adaptive of her diet, continually experimenting with Zone, Hamptons, and Atkins Diets.
