Rachel Frederickson participated in The Biggest Loser show, and it paid off. When she emerged from the show, she lost a lot of weight that people were even surprised at how healthy she looked. She made sure to maintain her healthy weight by adopting a diet program and a fitness plan, which she credits to the show.

Unfortunately, she was ridiculed on TV and on social media due to her dramatic and unhealthy transformation. Despite that, she managed to be strong and decided to ignore all the body shaming. Currently, she is still maintaining her healthy weight and living a happy life. A warning is warranted for everyone, though that anything extreme should not be done. Doctors always say that losing up to two pounds a week is healthy. Rachel had to work out six hours a day to achieve the figure she had. This amount of exercise could damage the kidneys. Thirty minutes a day should be alright.
