ELIZABETH BANKS – MAX HANDELMAN
The actress-turned-director Elizabeth Banks says she’s a bit traditional when it comes to marriage. She mentioned in an interview that she believes in a committed relationship rather than getting a divorce. Banks met her husband Max Handelman in college at the University of Pennsylvania in the 1990s. Their secret to more than fifteen years of marriage is working together. Banks stated that she and her husband had investments in a film production company called Brownstone Productions, which produced both the Pitch Perfect movies and the Charlie’s Angels reboot.
Their company was a mix of their personal and professional goals as a married couple. The couple worked together on producing Hulu’s TV series Shrill, which was first released in March 2019. The couple’s produced show was derived from the memoir written by Lindy West, Shrill: Notes from a Loud Woman. The couple has two lovely sons, Felix Handelman and Magnus Mitchell Handelman.
