A lawyer by profession, John Grisham is known for his modern take on legal thrillers and crime fiction. His works include the best-selling The Firm, A Time To Kill, The Pelican Brief, and The Rainmaker, to name a few. Grisham is one of the few authors who has sold two million copies on a first printing. Some of his works have even been adapted into film because of the uniqueness of his storytelling and the flow of his novels’ plots.

Over the course of his career, he has sold over 300 million copies of his novels worldwide, with translations in 40 different languages.
