Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, more popularly known as The Weeknd, is a Canadian R&B singer and songwriter famous for his explicit songs and soaring falsetto. After dropping out of school from West Hill Collegiate Institute, he found his nickname, “The Weeknd,” which he would later use as his stage name throughout his career. It wasn’t until Drake posted one of his videos and asked him to contribute to his album Take Care that his career skyrocketed. The Weeknd would go on to win three Grammy Awards just several years later.

Since then, he has released numerous songs and albums that topped the charts. He also has a fondness for luxury cars, considering he has a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. As per last year, the singer has had a net worth of $90 million. I wonder how much of that goes to his Lambo insurance. We bet it wouldn’t be a problem for the artist, though.
