The Castillo San Felipe del Morro is one of the best tourist attractions in Puerto Rico. It’s an impressive spot that was built back in the 16th century to defend San Juan from its seaborne opposition. This tourist spot was eventually named a world heritage site back in 1983. Today, it serves as a Puerto Rican national park and museum, and it’s one of the best places to take a picturesque photo.

During your trip to Castillo San Felipe del Morro, expect to encounter a good number of wild animals. The lady in this photo certainly encountered one in the form of a hyperactive green iguana. Green iguanas are abundant in the area, and it’s definitely hilarious how the green iguana managed to photobomb the woman in the most photogenic way possible. The photographer also deserves credit for taking the snap at the right time!
