One of the best cities in the state of Idaho is Boise. It’s also incredibly ideal for active retirees as it was one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States back in 2018. A year later, the city received another praise as Forbes ranked it the best place to live for millennials back in 2019. You could say that the city is a beautiful blend of culture and different generations and age groups.

The city of Boise also added an increased focus to its high-tech industry. Boise is also Idaho’s regional hub for theater and jazz, and the town hosts the Gene Harris Jazz Festival annually. Besides these attractions, Boise also boasts a good number of museums in its vicinity. Not to mention, Boise’s downtown area is energetic, and it credits its liveliness to craft breweries, funky restaurants, quirky shops, incredible murals that are in the area!
