Perenna Kei – $ 1.3 Billion

Perenna Kei or formerly known as Ji Peili is the daughter of the Chairman and CEO of Logan Property Holdings, Ji Haipeng. When she was just 24 years old and a college student, she gained her billionaire status after her father gave her 85% shares of the company.

Her net worth became $1.3 billion which made her the youngest billionaire in the world back in 2014. This was when she was getting her bachelor’s degree with a major in economics and finance from the University of London. At 29 years old, she still has access to her trust fund.
