Lisa Marie Chesters is an Australian politician. She is a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) and has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2013, representing the Bendigo branch. Prior to her election to Parliament, she was a union organiser for United Voice.

Chesters was born in Wentworthville, New South Wales. Her parents owned a small business, although her mother, Jenny Chesters, went on to complete a PhD as an adult student and became an academic. chesters has a long-standing relationship with Matt Emond, a member of Bendigo City Council. Their first child was born in 2019.
